Every year we look for new ways to prevent catching the common cold and flu, but this year we have an added enemy, Covid-19. Reality is, we should just do the same things to help prevent catching any of these nasty viruses and illnesses.

The CDC has simple but important guidelines for us to follow and I have a few suggestions of my own. Most secrets to good health aren’t secrets at all, but common sense. You hear this all the time, now is the time to start doing it! Your Body will thank you!

1. Eat green vegetables

2. Get Vitamin D 

3. Move More

4. Get enough sleep

5. Skip the alcohol

6. Calm down

7. Drink green tea

8. Add color to meals

9. Be social

10. Get a flu vaccine

11. Practice good hygiene

12. Keep it personal
