So, what is Metabolic Health? Let me explain. Metabolic Health is finding the right balance of food, exercise, and other health factors to create a body that is balanced and healthy. When our metabolic system is working the way it should, we see improvements in our overall wellness. Unfortunately, in today's world, it is not that easy to achieve. *The definition of Metabolic Health is ideal levels of blood sugar, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, blood pressure, and waist circumference, without using medications.
